Languages

The official languages will be French and English. There will be no simultaneaous translation provided.

Registration fees

The registration fee is 200 euros. The registration fee covers Conference participation, lunches and refreshments during conference breaks (see Registration).

Deadlines

Acceptance of papers to authors : end of December 2007
Last date for registration without surcharge : 1st June 2008
Conference registration : from February, 15th 2008 to June, 1st 2008
Final papers submission, only on the website : 1st July 2008

To submit the text of  your paper

If you have submit the abstract on the conference website, simply upload the file of your paper :
- Connect to the site with your username and password. If you had forgot it, you can ask for another one (http://eauh.ish-lyon.cnrs.fr/login.php) 
- in the menu on the left of the screen, click on "my paper", select your  paper and click on "new version”. You can now select your file and upload it.

- If you encounter any problem, send your file as an attached document to the secretariat of the conference.

Instructions to authors

This document (RTF format) will simplify your task, it will serve as a model and source of styles to the final version of your text. If you have begun to write another document you simply copy and paste your text in this document and apply the suitable style.

Material

Seminar rooms are equipped with computer and video projector.
A USB stick containing the texts of communications submitted before 1st july will be distributed to participants. Photocopying or printing facilities will not be available at the conference site.
Computers connected to internet will be available at the conference centre. If you bring your own laptop, you will be given a login for free wireless access.

Accomodation

Accomodation is up to participants who can find a number of hotels in different categories on "tourisme" page on http://www.lyon.fr/  or with this site http://www.hotelscombined.com/City/Lyon.htm or
with this selection. Others rooms will be proposed by ENS-LSH for post-graduate students (25 euros per night, no breakfast available).

Transport

From La Part-Dieu (station) : take the metro heading to Gerland. Get off at the stop "Debourg".
From the airport Saint-Exupéry : take the shuttle to La Part-Dieu metro station, then the metro heading to Gerland. Get off at the stop "Debourg". The shuttle leaves the airport every 20 minutes and it takes about 40 minutes to reach the station La Part-Dieu. See informations : http://www.satobus.com


Bookfair

Bookfair and exhibition will be located in the conference centre.
